Joan Hanchett Nature Series:
Animal Sounds, Do You Know What They Mean?
Presented by Squam Lakes Natural Science Center
At the Francestown Town Hall – 2nd Floor
Free program for adults and children of all ages.
Animals make sounds for a wide variety of reasons – to attract a mate, to defend their territory, to capture prey, or even to escape predators. Come join a Squam Lakes Natural Science Center naturalist along with three live animals native to New Hampshire to hear their sounds and discover the reasons behind them.
